1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VibeOffer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Service Description
VibeOffer is an AI-powered job aggregation and application tracking platform. The Service provides:
- Aggregation of job listings from 28+ third-party sources (RSS feeds, public APIs, and Telegram channels)
- AI-powered job match scoring based on your profile and preferences
- AI cover letter generation tailored to specific platforms and job descriptions
- Resume upload, AI analysis, ATS compatibility checking, and PDF template export
- Interview pipeline tracking with AI-generated practice questions and HR competence analysis
- Job offer comparison with AI recommendations
- Application tracking, analytics, and follow-up reminders
3. User Accounts
To use most features of VibeOffer, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond what is provided through the normal user interface
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or related systems
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or any harmful files through the document upload feature
- Abuse AI features by submitting abusive, illegal, or deliberately harmful content for generation
- Exceed rate limits or use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Our Content
The VibeOffer application, its design, logos, code, and documentation are the intellectual property of VibeOffer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our explicit written consent.
5.2. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service, including resumes, cover letters, profile data, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., sending your profile data to AI models for scoring).
5.3. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI features (cover letters, interview questions, resume analysis, etc.) is provided for your personal use. You are free to use, modify, and distribute AI-generated content as you see fit. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs. However, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in any professional context.
6. Third-Party Job Data Disclaimer
Job listings displayed in VibeOffer are aggregated from third-party sources including but not limited to: Djinni, DOU, Work.ua, Robota.ua, OLX, Jooble, Adzuna, Telegram channels, WeWorkRemotely, Remotive, RemoteOK, VueJobs, Jobspresso, and others. VibeOffer does not:
- Own, create, or endorse any third-party job listing
- Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job data
- Verify the legitimacy of employers or job postings
- Act as an employment agency or recruiter
You are solely responsible for verifying job opportunities and exercising due diligence before applying or sharing personal information with potential employers.
7. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-powered features including job scoring, cover letter generation, resume analysis, interview preparation, HR competence analysis, and salary insights are provided as assistive tools only. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You should:
- Always review and edit AI-generated content before professional use
- Not rely solely on AI scores or recommendations for career-critical decisions
- Understand that match scores are estimates and do not guarantee interview invitations or job offers
- Not treat HR competence analysis as a definitive professional assessment
8. Plans, Payments & Refunds
VibeOffer offers both free and paid plans. Free plans have usage limits on job sources, AI scores, and cover letters per day. Paid plans (Pro) unlock additional features and higher limits at $9.99/month, billed monthly via our secure payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment date. Refunds are not available for renewal payments. To request a refund, contact support@vibeoffer.org with your account email. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Pricing, plan features, and limits may change at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before significant changes to paid plan pricing. No refunds are provided for violations of these Terms of Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeOffer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Inaccuracies in third-party job listings or AI-generated content
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Loss of job opportunities, revenue, or professional reputation resulting from reliance on the Service
- Service downtime, data loss, or technical failures
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the application settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your account is used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which VibeOffer operates.
